Refund policy: Cancellation notice MUST be in writing. 75% of monies paid will be returned upon cancellation notice 3
weeks before event, 50% with 2 weeks notice and 25% with 1 week notice. In the event the Arianna String Quartet is
unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as accident or tragic events of nature, liability is limited to all
monies paid.
Additional fees for musical arrangement, wedding rehearsal attendance, rehearsal with a soloist and overtime as
outlined in the current price list. Should the event run past the estimated time, the ASQ will stay as scheduling allows
and shall be reimbursed at the current hourly fee. The ASQ reserves the right to substitute musicians if necessary.
